• Reuniting families swiftly.
• Assurance that at least 4.4% of new permanent residents outside of Quebec are Francophone.
• Help with global crises through the expansion of the Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot, which includes offering a secured shelter to individuals under persecution.

With a particular emphasis on regional immigration, the strategy would be set up on existing efforts for an improved immigration system and increased benefits of immigration to communities across the nation, particularly fostering the vibrancy of Francophone towns outside of Quebec.
